SASS member “Slapout” (Jim
Connor)
started making holsters in the
garage of his Southern California home in 1992. Many years
of practice
and experimenting with different methods of dyeing,
lacing,
hand-stamping and hand sewing each piece to fit his
customer’s need,
have enabled him to produce well made, period correct
western holsters
for shooters of every level. "Slapout's holsters and gun leather
